Finance and Contracting

The Finance and Contracting Directorate is responsible for a wide range of duties and functions, including:

  • Financial strategy and planning
  • Financial sustainability
  • Accounts
  • External and internal audit
  • Counter fraud
  • Contract management

Led by Executive Director for Finance and Contracting Lynda Risk, the Senior Information Risk Owner for the CCG, the Directorate is also responsible for financial modelling and new payment structures, financial system leadership and management and procurement innovation.

The work of the Finance and Contracting Directorate ensures that the CCG has robust measures in place to ensure the money we spend secures the best value for the people of Cheshire.
