Healthwatch findings shape agenda for Cheshire Chat

NHS Cheshire Clinical Commissioning Group's (CCG) held its second Cheshire Chat engagement session on Thursday, June 25th 2020.

In line with the interim findings of a Healthwatch Cheshire survey which asks people for their experiences of accessing services during the Coronavirus (Covid-19) response, the focus this time was on Care Homes, Community Services and Medicines.

Chaired by Executive Director of Strategy and Partnerships Tracey Cole, the hour-long webinar opened with presentations in relation to the following key areas:

  • Care Homes – Kathryn Cooper and Katie Mills
  • Community Services – Jamaila Tausif
  • Medicines – Dr Andy Dunbavand and Dr Mark Dickinson

The presentations were followed by a lively question and answer session. Some questions were answered during the session, with others responded to via this written Q&A.

A recording of the entire session is available here.
